Returns are accepted for any reason, except physical damage, with-in 45 days and we cover your return shipping with-in continental USA & Canada. Customers outside of continental USA and Canada are responsible for their own return shipping. Initial shipping charges are not refundable in-case of return for refund.
Returned screens must be delivered back to our facility within 5 business days after RMA number was issued. All returned items must be in the original packaging; all original labels must be present; screens should be in the condition identical to the condition, in which they were received: e.g. no fingerprints or scratches, etc.
Upon receiving the screen at our facility, we will refund the full cost of the screen, with no restocking fees applied.
Returns past 45 days of the day of the purchase are not accepted (except authorized warranty returns).
We reserve the right to refuse any returned screen if:
-Plastic bag or protective film is missing.
-The screen shows signs of usage.
-The screen has fingerprints, or is excessively dusty or dirty.
-The screen is physically damaged (cracked, bent, etc.)
-Inverter or data cables are damaged.
