Return shipping costs are covered by us within USA & Canada if returning with-in 45 days from purchase. Initial shipping costs are not refundable in-case of return for refund.

RoyalMail shipping labels issued upon demand, payment can be deducted from refund in-case of return for refund.

To return the screen please follow these steps:

1. Log-in to your account
2. Submit us a support ticket with your order number.
Please note, that we are not able to recognize your order, unless you log-in and submit us a support ticket through your account. During the business hours tickets are replied to typically with-in 20 minutes. After-hours support ensures all tickets are responded to in appropriate timeframe. If necessary, please upload pictures to the support ticket as well.
3. Once we approve the return, we will issue an RMA number and send the return instructions to your e-mail.
4. Once we receive the screen from you, we will ship a replacement or issue a refund.
If the screen you received is not working properly, you need to create a support ticket through your account on our website.

All returned screens must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. All the original stickers must be present. The screen need to be free of any signs of usage, free of tampering and dents. The merchandise must be returned to us within 20 days after RMA number has been issued. We reserve the right to refuse any screen. We do not accept any returns (except warranty returns) past 45 days from the date of purchase.
