Warranty Policy

Lifetime Warranty

Starting on January 1st, 2017: The screens sold by us are covered with a device's lifetime warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and DOA (Dead-On-Arrival) units. If you need to file a warranty claim, please create a Support Ticket through your account on the website. We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and e-mail the shipping instructions.

Screens sold prior to 1st of January 2017 are covered by the warranty terms as reflected on the purchase receipt.

ATTENTION! If the screen was damaged during shipping, you must contact us by creating a support ticket through your account within 5 days after receiving the screen. If the damage is not claimed within 5 days, it is to be considered user's fault. The warranty does not cover physically damaged and cracked screens if the claim is submitted past 5 days after receiving the screen.

Return shipping is free with a label issued by our support department upon request. Initial shipping charges are not refundable in-case of return-for refund.

Policy on Dead Pixels.
The majority of manufacturers do not consider up to 5 dead pixels a defect or a warranty issue. Please check the respective policies below:

We purchase our screens directly from manufacturers; and due to the high turnaround we are not physically capable of testing each screen we receive for dead pixels. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the screen you have received from us, we will be glad to exchange the screen if the warranty claim is filed within 5 days after receiving the screen.

Accidental Damage Protection

Some of our products may qualify for an accidental damage protection plan which will be offered at the check-out. The accidental damage coverage is optional and is offered above our standard device's lifetime manufacturer's defects warranty. The plan provides for a single time replacement of a physically damaged item, free of charge with the return of the damaged item, shipping both ways is included. The plan is in-addition to the offered warranty and is not affected by any possible warranty claims; accidental damage plan will begin at the date of purchase and will remain active for the duration of the term agreed to at the check out.

Returns

Returns are accepted for any reason, except physical damage, with-in 45 days and we cover your return shipping with-in continental USA & Canada. Customers outside of continental USA and Canada are responsible for their own return shipping. Initial shipping charges are not refundable in-case of return for refund.

Returned screens must be delivered back to our facility within 5 business days after RMA number was issued. All returned items must be in the original packaging; all original labels must be present; screens should be in the condition identical to the condition, in which they were received: e.g. no fingerprints or scratches, etc.
Upon receiving the screen at our facility, we will refund the full cost of the screen, with no restocking fees applied.
Returns past 45 days of the day of the purchase are not accepted (except authorized warranty returns).

We reserve the right to refuse any returned screen if:

-Plastic bag or protective film is missing.
-The screen shows signs of usage.
-The screen has fingerprints, or is excessively dusty or dirty.
-The screen is physically damaged (cracked, bent, etc.)
-Inverter or data cables are damaged.
