Warranty Policy.

The screens sold by us are covered with a 3-year warranty, unless you upgrade it to 5-years for an additional $25. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and DOA (Dead-On-Arrival) units. If you need to file a warranty claim, please create a Support Ticket through your account on the website. We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and e-mail the shipping instructions. If the screen was damaged during shipping, you must contact us by creating a support ticket through your account within 5 days after receiving the screen. If the damage is not claimed within 5 days, it is to be considered user's fault.

ATTENTION! The warranty does not cover physically damaged and cracked screens if the claim is submitted past 5 days after receiving the screen. More details.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges.

Policy on Dead Pixels.
The majority of manufacturers do not consider up to 5 dead pixels a defect or a warranty issue. Please check the respective policies below:

We purchase our screens directly from manufacturers; and due to the high turnaround we are not physically capable of testing each screen we receive for dead pixels. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the screen you have received from us, we will be glad to exchange the screen if the warranty claim is filed within 5 days after receiving the screen.

Returns, RMA, Exchange.

To return the screen please follow these steps:

1. Log-in to your account
2. Submit us a support ticket with your order number.
Please note, that we are not able to recognize your order, unless you log-in and submit us a support ticket through your account. During the business hours tickets are replied to typically with-in 20 minutes. After-hours support ensures all tickets are responded to in appropriate timeframe. If necessary, please upload pictures to the support ticket as well.
3. Once we approve the return, we will issue an RMA number and send the return instructions to your e-mail.
4. Once we receive the screen from you, we will ship a replacement or issue a refund.

Please note, that customer is always responsible for the shipping cost.
If the screen you received is not working properly, you need to create a support ticket through your account on our website. Shipping charges are 100% non-refundable, under no circumstances. You are always responsible for shipping costs. Please, consider this risk when buying goods over the internet.
All returned screens must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. All the original stickers must be present. The screen need to be free of any signs of usage, free of tampering and dents. The merchandise must be returned to us within 20 days after RMA number has been issued. We reserve the right to refuse any screen. We do not accept any returns (except warranty returns) past 30 days from the date of purchase.
